you know when you learn the truth and its not good and you take a deep breath to fight the bile and then forget to let it out until you almost pass out... And then breathing is hard again cause your heart hurts... im not saying that im broken hearted its just that many things happened these year and then suddenly gone.

sleep was blissful and welcome last night, but short. woke with a familiar feeling of panic and pain in my stomach. i guess i already get used to it.
still thinkin of the downstaffing that happening in my company. grrr.
